Reserve evidence, ready for examination

ReserveBeat's enterprise surface is the evidence pipeline behind the public board: issuer-published attestation reports captured and hash-anchored before parsing, daily reserve-versus-liability reconciliation, and monthly evidence bundles an examiner can verify independently. It prepares evidence for examination and is never itself an attestation, an audit, or a judgment of any issuer.

The public board is the visible end of an evidence pipeline: primary-source capture, daily reserve-versus-liability reconciliation, and monthly evidence bundles, with every record hash-chained and timestamp-anchored so a third party can check it later without taking anyone's word for it.

ReserveBeat's public data is built for developers, including the ones building for banks, audit teams and fintechs, and the use-case pages show what they build. This page is the direct path for talking to ReserveBeat: about the evidence pipeline behind the board, or about anything the public pages do not answer.

The button opens an email to contact@reservebeat.com with the subject line already filled in. The form further down this page sends an enquiry without leaving the site.

01Pipeline

What the pipeline does

  1. 1

    Capture

Issuer-published attestation reports are fetched from the issuer's own site, hashed on arrival, and appended to a tamper-evident chain before anything parses them. Token supply is measured independently at a quorum of Ethereum RPC providers rather than read from an aggregator. A parser that meets an unexpected layout refuses the document rather than guessing at it.

  2. 2

    Reconcile

Each day the captured reserve evidence is set against measured liabilities at the scope the source document states, and the result is recorded with the inputs it was computed from. Nothing is netted, adjusted, or rounded into agreement: a figure the source does not state stays absent, and a run that cannot complete writes nothing rather than zeros.

  3. 3

    Hand over the bundle

Each month the captured records, their reconciliations, and the hash chain and timestamp anchors covering them assemble into one evidence bundle for whoever is examining the period. The bundle carries its own manifest, so a recipient can re-derive every hash and check every anchor without ReserveBeat in the loop. Corrections travel as supersessions, and both sides of one keep their anchors.

02Tour

See it end to end before anyone talks

The tour is not open to the public in this deployment, so this page links to it nowhere rather than pointing a reader at a page that would not answer. What can be read without it is the whole published record: the methodology in full, every parsed attestation report beside the issuer document it was read from, and the log of every correction ever made to one.

03Trust

What can be checked without asking

Everything a first evaluation needs is already published. Each item below is a page on this site, not a document sent on request.

  • The methodology publishes in full, verbatim and hash-anchored, and figures publish only under a current pre-publication review of it. When that review lapses or the methodology changes, pages say so rather than serving unreviewed numbers.

    Methodology
  • The status page reports, live, whether the public API is answering, whether the review covers the served methodology, when the registry chain was last anchored, and how recently data was captured — the same self-check ReserveBeat applies to the issuers it tracks.

    Status
  • The data definitions page gives the exact arithmetic behind every computed metric: its inputs, its rounding, and what the result does not mean, so any figure published here can be re-derived from the same sources.

    Data definitions
  • Every parsed attestation report has its own page carrying the reserve composition and as-of dates the issuer's document stated, and the revision log lists both sides of every correction ever made to one.

04Regulation

The regulatory frame

This is attestation-prep for the GENIUS Act's monthly reserve-report regime: the pipeline assembles the evidence an examiner would ask for and shows how each figure was derived. It prepares that evidence and is never itself the attestation — no opinion is issued, no standard is asserted as met, and no professional criterion text is reproduced or paraphrased here. What the site publishes today is the served methodology, the parsed attestation record, the data definitions behind every computed metric, and — page by page — the control criterion slots the monthly evidence bundle is organized around and the statutory provisions that bear on what is measured.

Neither family is a claim of conformance. A criterion page names one slot and links to the AICPA, which publishes the criteria, rather than reproducing their text; a provision page quotes the statute and states what ReserveBeat does, and does not, measure against it. Whether anyone meets a criterion or a requirement is a conclusion only a licensed practitioner reaches in an attestation report.

05Sources

Where the evidence comes from

Every figure traces to a document or a contract: attestation reports published by the issuer and captured from the issuer's own site, and token supply measured at a quorum of independent Ethereum RPC providers. Each captured document is hashed before parsing and its hash is anchored to an independent timestamp authority, so the record can be shown to predate any later argument about it. The public pages here run on that same pipeline — the site is its own worked example.

No logos, customer quotes, third-party marks, or deployment counts appear on this page, because none are held. ReserveBeat states that plainly rather than assembling a proof section out of things it cannot show. What it can show is the record: the methodology, the parsed reports, the revision log, and the tour.

06Engagement

Working with the record directly

Beyond the served views, the parsed attestation dataset behind these pages is available per arrangement, with refresh cadence and redistribution terms set on the account rather than by the board data licence. The issuer-side workflow is the same pipeline pointed at private inputs: an issuer's own reserves reconciled against its liabilities, including the bank-held deposit slice that requires non-public bank statements (camt.053/BAI2) connected under engagement. Nothing in this section is self-serve.

One limit is stated up front. No issuer deployment of this pipeline is operating today, so nothing here describes an existing engagement or a reference a reader could call. An arrangement is started by writing to contact@reservebeat.com.

07Enquiry

Send an enquiry

The form sends a name, an address, a company and an optional note to ReserveBeat. The enquiry is stored for ReserveBeat to read, and the address given is used only to reply to it. Sending one agrees nothing and starts no engagement, and no reply time is promised.

08Record

Read the record first

The fastest way to judge this is to check it: read the methodology, open a parsed attestation report and follow its figures back to the issuer's own document, then read the status page to see what is being served right now. The tour shows the rest of the pipeline end to end.

09Questions

Common questions

Is ReserveBeat an auditor?

No. ReserveBeat reads issuer-published documents and public blockchains and renders what they state, verbatim and at their stated scope. It prepares evidence for examination, issues no opinion, and makes no attestation of its own.

What does the pipeline actually produce?

A tamper-evident chain of captured records, a daily reconciliation of reserve evidence against measured liabilities at the scope each source states, and a monthly evidence bundle assembling both with the hash chain and timestamp anchors that cover them. Every bundle carries a manifest, so a recipient can re-derive the hashes independently.

How is a correction handled?

By supersession, never by overwrite. The replacing record is published beside the record it replaces, both keep their timestamps and anchors, both stay independently verifiable, and the public revision log lists every such pair.

Can this run against an issuer's own non-public data?

That is the issuer-side arrangement: the same pipeline pointed at private inputs, including the bank-held deposit slice that requires non-public bank statements connected under engagement. No such deployment is operating today, and nothing on this page describes one.

How does a conversation start?

By writing to contact@reservebeat.com, or with the enquiry form on this page. The button at the top of this page opens that email with the subject line filled in. The methodology and the parsed attestation record can be read first, and no account is needed for either.
