This page gathers the standing notices that apply to every ReserveBeat page: what relationship ReserveBeat has to the issuers it tracks, the limits of what it states about them, and where the reuse terms for its published figures are set out. It is a disclosure of posture, not legal advice.
Relationship to tracked issuers
Tracked tokens are subjects of public data: supply figures are read from their public Ethereum contracts, and composition figures from the issuers' own published attestation reports. No tracked issuer is a customer and none has endorsed this site.
Limits of what this site states
ReserveBeat renders figures from issuer-published reports and public blockchains, verbatim and at their stated scope. It is not an auditor, makes no attestation, and states no opinion on any issuer's solvency. Nothing here is investment, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice. No figure published here is a recommendation to hold, buy, sell, or redeem any token.
Third-party names and marks
Token names, tickers, and logos shown on this site are the marks of their respective owners. They appear for one reason: to identify which token a figure refers to. Their use implies no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any owner, and ReserveBeat claims no rights in them. An owner who would rather their mark did not appear here can say so through the contact page, and it will be removed.
